Q. Is it safe to shop online using my credit or debit card?
A. Yes, all credit card, debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. We collect No payment information on our website.
Q. What is the process of Cash on Delivery (COD) purchase?
A. When you make a purchase using COD option, you will get a call from us within 24 hours to confirm your order and after that we will ship your product(s). Our Logistics partner will collect the money from you after delivering the product.
Q. Are there any additional charges for Cash on Delivery?
A. There are NO additional charges for this method of payment.
Q. Is there a purchase limit for Cash on Delivery orders?
A. Yes, COD is available only for orders upto Rs. 30,000, beyond which purchases can only be made using credit card or debit card or net banking.
Q. Is Cash on Delivery available at all locations?
A. Unfortunately no, COD service is not offered by our logistics partner at some locations. If COD service is not available at your pin code then we will notify you. However, you can always opt for payment through credit card or debit card or net banking.
